    There are many programming languages and different architectures possible.
    Detail your disruptive idea and then ask different companies what they offer to build a site/app/both according to your requirements.

    Your choice to make. You can’t escape using HTML, Javascript and PHP so you would need to master those first.

    But no “idea” person does that. They usually dive in and do this in WordPress and go find funding to hire staff.
